Audit of Accounts 2011/12

The External Auditor will be undertaking the audit of accounts on 30th June 2012. Notices as to public rights and procedure are displayed on the three Council notice boards at Riverbank, High Street car park and the Community Centre, High Street.

Bagillt Community Council meetings and minutes

The Bagillt Community Council meets on the second Friday in the month at 7pm except for August and December. Public are welcome to attend and agendas are provided and have an opportunity at the start to speak on any agenda item subject to conditions, except at the Annual and Special meetings. Minutes of meetings from April 1985 to April 2011 for public perusal are held at the County Records Office in Hawarden. The Council website has them from May 2006 to January 2012 and from January 2012 copies of those from the previous month will be available at the Flint and Holywell libraries now that the library facility in Bagillt has been closed. The next Council meeting will be in Ysgol Glan Aber on Friday 8th June when there will be an address by representatives of Flintshire CC Streetscene department.

New Chairman and Vice Chairman

The Annual Meeting of the Council on 11th May elected Councillor Brian Doleman as Chairman and appointed Councillor Mike Reece as Vice Chairman.
