1. All the above scheduled meetings commence at 7.00 pm.
2. There are no scheduled meetings in August and December.
3. Members of the public can attend Council meetings and will be provided with an agenda to follow proceedings.
4. Members of the public attending have an opportunity at the commencement of the meeting to comment on agenda items subject to a set procedure copies of which are available at the meeting.
5. By visiting the Council website at www.bagilltcommunitycouncil.gov.uk you can access minutes of recent previous meetings and a few days before the scheduled date an agenda of the items to be discussed.
6. *Denotes the Annual meeting of the Council at which the new Chairman will be elected by Council Members.
